🛡️ What happens if my tree dies? (Warranty)
All trees include a warranty replacement if they fail within the warranty period. Trees are replaced within 4 weeks of notification as long as a watering bag was purchased and used.
🌱 Can I order a tree variety not listed?
Yes — we can source many other varieties. Please note that unlisted trees may not qualify for Fall Special pricing.
🌳 Do you remove existing trees or stumps?
Yes. We offer full removal services at an additional cost. Pricing depends on tree/stump size and accessibility.
🚚 How long does delivery or installation take?
